The motorized floor tool with carbon fiber brush has stiff nylon bristles that spin up to 1,500 rpm to remove ground-in dirt from carpets. A velour bumper on the front of the floor tool protects furniture and walls from bumps and bruises. A Fade free 22.2V lithium-ion battery doesn’t fade during use, so power stays strong as you clean. Recharges up to three times faster than others. The dual power mode allows for 15 minutes of high constant suction for regular cleaning, (13 minutes with the motorized floor tool attachment), or 6 minutes on MAX power for more difficult tasks. The detachable long-reach wand reaches up high, down low and into awkward gaps for cleaning hard-to-reach areas conveniently.

l have new carpet and my Electrolux Cleaners gets totally blocked in the hose to the bag with fluff and is useless. Would a bagless cleaner eg Dyson or Vax be the answer?
I bought a Henry when my carpet was new. It is brilliant. You can use it with bags, without bags, or buy a reusable bag from Amazon. Sucks up most things (dry) and good on pet hairs.

If you keep it in good trim, ie empty it, clean it, don’t let it stay wet, keep it somewhere cool. All the common sense stuff. It should last you up to 10 years.
Dyson all floor Carpet Cleaner?
My carpet cleaner fell half way up from the stair while I was hoovering ( yes I was daft and clumsy to put it there) the cylnder broke at the base I need a replacement any ideas where I can puchase a spare cylinder in Dundee?
Get on the web and Dyson. There are lists of all replacement parts and also you can get in direct touch with them if you are not sure what you require. I have been told that Dyson are great at supporting the customers so good luck. I sent for a spare part and had it within 4 days.
