Which vacuum cleaner did you register for?
We just did our registries today… Target and Bed,Bath and Beyond. I didn’t want to register for a super expensive one…. because no one will purchase it. I was thinking it should be no more than $140. We decided to register for the Hoover Turbopower Empower 4600 Bagless Upright for $99 at Bed,Bath and Beyond. I saw a really bad review for this one though. Does anyone have another good vacuum they registered for ? Thanks for your help!
we registered for two. We registered for the "nice" vacuum to be the larger dyson that is on the ball thing. It’s suppose to be awesome, but about $400….
However, we were surprised because as a secondary vacuum (one to keep upstairs to not lug the bigger one around) we registered for the little green eureka optima (it has the rounded handle) at bed bath and beyond (about $60). Someone gave us the eureka a couple months ago and we LOVE IT…. I cannot believe it. It has TONS of power and really works well. We are very pleased. The associate that was helping us when we registered said it is their most sold vacuum.

**** as a follow up to the other comment. register for whatever you want. even if it’s expensive… most people are educated in basic wedding etiquitte and understand the concept of a "completion discount" (meaning anything you registered for that was not purchased by wedding guests is offered for a discount, typically 10-20% for a period of time following your wedding). I have known friends that registered for $900 couched at pottery barn… they didn’t expect someone to buy it, but they bought it at a discount with their wedding money!!! ***
