Dyson DC24 vs DC25 Ball Vacuum Cleaner Comparison
http://www.vacuumwizard.com/dyson-dc24-vs-dc25.html
There are a lot of similarities between the lighter DC24 and the full sized Dyson DC25 Ball. They both clean carpeting very well. The Dyson DC24 “mini ball” is easy to maneuver and fits under the edge of furniture. It also did a great job on small particles, It cleaned large particles well, although some didn’t fit under the vacuum head. Finally it cleaned up pet hair easily with one pass.
The larger DC25 has more suction. It cleaned up small particles easily with one pass. It also did a great job on large particles like pine needle. The powerful suction sometimes lifts up the rug off the hard floor. The pet hair was sucked up right away too with the Dyson DC25 Ball.
On hard floors both vacuums performed well. They clean edges great. The Dyson DC24 did well on small particles like flour. Its lower head though didn’t allow large particles to fit underneath and they were pushed around on the hardwood flooring.
The larger DC25 also pushed around large particles like crackers. It did suck up flour well. It also cleaned pine needles with ease right up to the edge of the floor.
A few differences include the DC24 mini ball has to detach the reversible wand to use the onboard tools. It is quieter than the larger vacuum though at about 75 decibels.
The DC25 hose and wand don’t have to be detached to use. They are ready right away and can reach very high ceilings. The larger vacuum is louder overall at about 80 decibels.
Some similarities include they both have the same filtration system. They both register zero particles emitted from the Dyson Ball and Mini Ball exhaust. This is excellent for people with asthma or people who are allergic to dust, dander, or pollen. Each vacuum has two filters that need to be cleaned every three months.
The main differences include the larger DC25 has more dust storage room, more suction, a longer cord, and an inch wider cleaning path. The DC24 is lighter, easier to maneuver, and costs over $100 dollars less.

Do the Dyson DC35 and DC24 Really Suck?
http://facebook.com/chrispirillo – Cleaning your floors is a necessary part of housekeeping, but it becomes particulary important when you have pets. Chris reviews the Dyson DC24 Animal, which is an ultra-lightweight and compact Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner optimized for pet hair removal and dirt elimination. The ball helps provide maneuverability as Chris shows in his video demo of the Dyson DC24. The Dyson DC24 pet brush helps clean loose hair from your pet, which Chris demonstrates on a less than willing Wicket. A second Dyson vacuum, the Dyson DC35 Multi Floor offers additional versatility for vacuuming hardwood floors in addition to cleaning carpets.
[And yeah, in watching the video, I realized I shouldn't have pulled the dog back like I did - but we do rough-house often.]

DC07 All Floors
Unlike the wheels that most vacuums have, the Dyson DC07 All-Floors Cyclone Upright Vacuum Cleaner has a large yellow ball that will allow the vacuum to pivot and roll with ease. The DC07 will allow the user to simple turn a wrist and the entire vacuum cleaner will change direction. The ability to maneuver this easily is something that is commonly associated with canister style vacuum cleaners.
With the Dyson DC07, the air and dirt are sucked into the container where the outer cyclone removes large particles such as food, hair, and fibers. The air will then move into the shroud and inner cyclone where it is rotated with a higher velocity to drop fine particles of dust out of the air.
After the air has gone through the motor then it continues to the final stage of the system, the HEPA filter. The Dyson DC07 All-Floors Cyclone Upright Vacuum Cleaner has a very strict filter system, which will prevent 99.9% of bacteria and mold from staying in you home. The vacuum will collect it and keep it inside the vacuum where it belongs.

The Innovative Dyson DC15 Program
Most of today’s vacuum cleaners use the standard 4 wheel design. This results in a basic back and forth motion. Very hard to get around corners and can make some crevices impossible.
The Dyson DC15 upright vacuum uses a large ball for maneuverability. This design allows the Dyson DC15 to pivot and roll with simple ease. Allowing it to travel where most other vacuums have a very hard time reaching. With a simple movement of the wrist the Dyson DC15 can be guided easily.
In addition to being one of the easiest vacuum cleaners to use the Dyson DC15 also has a very interesting filtration system. Dyson vacuum cleaners do not use filters in the same way that most vacuums do.
The Dyson DC15 moves the dirt and air into the container where an outer cyclone removes large particles. Food, Hair and fibers are removed during this part of the program. The air is then moved to an inner cyclone where it is spun with a greater speed to remove fine particles of dust from the air.
After the inner cyclone the air is moved through a washable inner foam pre-filter where the remaining particles will be trapped. This feature allows dirt to be trapped in the machine and out of the motor.
The last part of the process is a trip through the final HEPA filter. The Dyson DC15 has a very strict filter system that will prevent most of the bacteria and mold from staying in your home. The vacuum cleaner is designed to keep dirt inside the machine where it belongs.
They may not be known but Dyson vacuum cleaners have been around for many years. They may not be as well known as some of the large names in the industry, but they offer performance and quality with their vacuums. Dyson strives to improve their design with each new product release.
The Dyson DC15 is a fantastic vacuum to hit the market. It uses an innovative ball design that no other company uses. The Dyson vacuums are also very well known for their suction capabilities and the attachments.
