could be several different things. first turn your vacuum over then turn it on, is the brush moving ? If not you need a new belt. Two there could be blockage in your hose, straighten a wire clothes hanger , stick it down the hose.Amd make sure your hoses are on properely. Always make sure your filters are clean, wash them in hot water and air dry.

If everything is hooked up correctly and there are no blockages in the hoses, then you'll probably need to clean the filter or replace it.

hoses are not hooked up correctly. They should be hooked in at the bottom only if you are doing attachments.

same thing happend to me
