What does a flashing red light mean on a Roomba?

I just got the Roomba 530. When I turn it on, it pretty much stays in one place and cleans for about a minute, then it stops, makes a little digital noise and there's a flashing red light next to the power button. What is wrong with it?

I don't know much about the Roomba, but you might check if the catch tray is full or if the unit needs to be recharged. You might also check to see if the wheels have anything tangled up keeping them from turning properly; a piece of string, rubber band or other debris around the axle.

It means the battery needs to be charged. If you charged it I am guessing the battery is not holding the charge. I have the 515 and it will go for over an hour before running low and I know the 530 is suppose to go longer then that. Hope this helps.
