Consumer Reports?

Is there any sites besides "Consumer Reports" that give peoples ratings on boughten items?

I have a vacuum cleaner that I can’t find on there.

   Try visiting a retailer site like Sears, best buy, etc. There are ratings/ reviews of the products by people who actually bought and used them.
